1 No. Reva Belt Conveyor for loading and unloading the material of the Pan Mixer of app. 31 ft.and powered by 3 H.P.Electric Motor of Kirlostar/Crompton make fitted with quality gear box with starter.The conveyor is fitted with rubber top nylon conveyor belt and is moving on frictionless idlers.

Auto batching system of 3 bins for raw material. Weighing of the raw material on the belt conveyor with the help of load cells and digital batch controller. Automatic discharge of the raw materials, powered by 5 H.P. geared  motor and 0.5 H.P. chute vibrator on the bins of aggregate.

 

AUOTOMATIC STACKER

Automatic stacker for lifting the wooden pallets with bricks. Powered by 01+02 H.P. electric motor, Controlled by variable frequency drives and  Mitsubishi PLC.
