We also wish to tell you that our machines are specially designed considering the process of making best quality of CLC giving maximum output and best quality  ,the plant is specially designed for uniform mixing the Foam in the slurry ,  achieving uniform density of the slurry , Foaming should also be uniform as the quality of foam should not change through out the process,  specially designed trolley which is very easy to handle by labours which increases the speed of production. the conveyor automatically stops feeding the material as per program which makes the operator to run the plant easily and accurately .

 1.2 M3 CLC Plant

a)  1.2 m3  Mixture suitable for mixing 1200 liters slurry with 7.5 HP Motor with Planetary  Gear box , Specially designed Stirrer for proper mixing of Foam with slurry , VFD for controlling the Speed of Stirrer to get excellent quality of CLC Blocks , Load Cells , 1 Hp make Water Pump. ( RS 280000).

b)  Electric Panel : With necessary controls to Reverse and Forward the stirrer , VFD Drive Controlling Switch, Weight Display  to show the weight of the material feeded in the mixture , Buzzer system to alert operator at the time of processing the batch,  If the plant has conveyor system then the Conveyor will stop automatically as programed and size of the batch. ( Rs 150000).

c) Foam Generator : 1 Hp single Phase  , Auto Timer controlled capable to Produce Foam from 300 liters to 500 liters per minute and from density 40 gram per liter to 80 gram per liter . All the internal circuit is made up of SS 304 quality for ling life the foaming gun is also made up SS 304 quality for long life and is anti corrosive . ( Price Rs 68000).

e) Trolley for transporting slurry from the Mixture to the mould . The trolleys are specially designed to make the process faster and easier for the labors . 2 No such Trolleys are provided with the plant. ( RS 8500 per Trolley).

f) Mould : With suitable for 6 inch x 8 inch x 24 inch CLC Block 17 no per mould with 17 ms Partition Plates and 34 asbestos side plates.
